Portrait commissions
Whether you'd like a painting of a member of your family, a friend, business colleague or even yourself, commissioning a portrait
is relatively straightforward.
After a brief discussion to assess your basic requirements Richard will work out the overall fee and let you know when you can expect delivery of the finished portrait. If you’re happy to proceed Richard will start work as soon as possible. Richard usually only requires one session with the sitter. During the session Richard will take several photographs to use as a reference from his studio. Throughout the painting process Richard will always keep you informed of portrait’s progress.
